I am a mindfulness and relaxation teacher that works with children, families and parents teaching them relaxation tips to help ease anxiety and stress which helps you and your family live a happier life.

I help families connect with each other and have fun. Everyone feels calmer and happier by the end. 

We teach classes and private sessions in MMA, Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Strength and conditioning and Self defence to children ages 4yrs and older, teens and adults.

Our gym teaches the International IMMAF syllabus and students can earn their internationally recognized belts in MMA. This sets them on the path to be able to compete at provincial, National and international level should they choose.
